identification records are for lawful use only. This information was collected
by the District, County, and Municipal Courts of Colorado. Only the court or
the District Attorney in whose office a final disposition occurred can provide
a certified copy of that disposition. There is no guarantee that these records
relate to the persons in whom you have an interest.
Effective July 1, 2010, BIS Colorado Court records database will be
accessing the new Colorado State Judicial Public Access System.
BIS has worked with the State to ensure the continuity of the
data returned by this new system. Customers may experience a slight
delay in the return of results as the State continues to improve the
speed of the Public Access System.
